The Perfect Chapter

Our client is an incredible author with a beautiful family who recently moved to the Chicago North Shore. The Antunez team has completely renovated all corners of this sprawling property. There are private spaces intended to be a safe haven for combating creative blocks. In contrast, there are spaces intended for large gatherings such as a pool deck, fire place, a large pondless water feature, and four different bluestone patios. The stone material used includes bluestone, Indiana limestone, and Eden stone. The plant material is a lush collection of four-season plants. We achieved the goal of creating a sacred space of serenity for the family. This is truly an author’s oasis.
